The name would need a change - 'stinky tofu' is about as appetising a name as 'rotten socks cubes' or 'sewage cake'. Also, a nice unhealthy name like 'fried munchies' might make it more appealing as a post-drinks session substitute for the kebab, curry and pizza crowd. Ben Hi Jenny
